I grew up in a beach town right outside of New York City.

 

Growing up on the beach I developed a love for fishing and boating. I attended high school in Manhattan and  love to walk or bike through Central Park. My favorite NYC activity is creating my own food tour visiting off the beaten path restaurants.

 

I  love my job in Marine Transportation because it allows me to spend time participating in the activities I love most: fishing, cooking and kayaking. I recently took our nephew Brady on a fishing trip. Brady got to miss school and spent the whole day with me on a boat! He said it was “The best day of my life.” 

 

My favorite way to spend an afternoon is making pizza from scratch and barbecuing for our family and friends. Our summers are filled with beach days and boat rides enjoying quality time together as a family. I can’t wait to bring a child to the beach and teach them to swim and love the ocean! ​​​
